Text
The Division of Law shall be headed by the Attorney General and shall be administered by him and his deputy attorneys-general and deputy assistant attorneys-general as provided herein and as may be provided by other law. The Department of Law, together with all of its functions, powers and duties, is continued, but such department is hereby transferred to and constituted the Division of Law in the Department of Law and Public Safety established hereunder. The functions, powers and duties conferred upon, or required to be exercised or performed by the Attorney-General are continued but such functions, powers and duties are hereby transferred to and vested in the Division of Law established hereunder, and shall be exercised and performed by the Attorney General as the head of such division.
