Text
Except as provided in this act, the powers and duties conferred upon or required of the Attorney General by this act shall not be construed to deprive the county prosecutors of any of their authority in respect to criminal prosecutions, or relieve them from any of their duties to enforce the criminal laws of the State. L.1970, c. 74, s. 13, eff. May 21, 1970.
