§ 51:9-17 — Entitling proceedings
New Jersey·Title 51 STANDARDS, WEIGHTS, MEASURES AND CONTAINERS
All proceedings for the violation of the provisions of this chapter shall run in the name of the State of New Jersey with the weights and measures official who institutes the proceeding as prosecutor. Amended by L.1953, c. 48, p. 849, s. 30.
