Text
The county prosecutor of any county, charged with the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter, may request the Attorney-General to attend personally, or by such assistant or assistants, as he shall designate to aid in any appeal which may be taken in any proceeding under this chapter. Amended by L.1953, c. 48, p. 849, s. 29.
