Text
The superintendent of the division of weights and measures of the Department of Law and Public Safety is authorized after a public hearing duly called and held to establish and promulgate such rules, regulations, specifications and tolerances to supplement and give full effect to the provisions of this act as he may deem necessary. Such rules, regulations, specifications and tolerances promulgated shall have the force and effect of the law. L.1952, c. 143, p. 498, s. 11.
