§ 51:10-10 — Types and designs of scales and meters
New Jersey·Title 51 STANDARDS, WEIGHTS, MEASURES AND CONTAINERS
All scales and meters used for the weighing or measuring of liquefied petroleum gas shall be of types and designs approved by the superintendent of the division of weights and measures of the Department of Law and Public Safety. L.1952, c. 143, p. 498, s. 10.
