50:3-1. No boat or vessel shall be used or employed in the catching or taking of oysters in the Delaware River, Delaware Bay or their tributaries in this State, without a license for that purpose issued by the commissioner. Amended 1979, c.199, s.39; 2007, c.338, s.42.
