50:1-31. The commissioner may adopt, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), such rules and regulations for the removal and distribution of shellfish from lands leased under R.S.50:1-30, as in the commissioner's judgment will be in accord with the object of the condemnation. The rules and regulations shall not be inconsistent with those adopted pursuant to the provisions of chapter 24 of Title 58 of the Revised Statutes. Amended 1979, c.199, s.23; 2007, c.338, s.17.
