"An act concerning motor vehicle racing and exhibitions of motor vehicle driving skill, providing for the issuance of licenses therefor, the inspection of tracks and maintenance of guard rails and fences for the protection of spectators and prescribing penalties for violations thereof," approved May twenty-seventh, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-two, is repealed but all licenses and permits issued thereunder shall continue in full force and effect until the expiration thereof. L.1953, c. 174, p. 1444, s. 12.
