§ 5:7-17 — Disposition of fees
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
All fees received by the department pursuant to this act shall be paid and accounted for by it to the State Treasurer for credit to the general funds of the State. L.1953, c. 174, p. 1444, s. 10.
