Text
The holder of a certificate of public convenience and necessity for the operation of an autobus may use such autobus for special or occasional trips off its regular route whenever the autobus is not required for the operation of the schedule on its regular route. No special or occasional trip shall be operated in competition with any autobus route or a street railway line. The provisions of this paragraph shall apply to operators of special or occasional trips whether or not they hold certificates of public convenience and necessity. Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 67; L.1973, c. 158, s. 6, eff. June 7, 1973.
