Text
Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 2 of Title 48 of the Revised Statutes or any other law to the contrary, all autobuses regulated by and subject to the provisions of Title 48 of the Revised Statutes may establish their rates, fares and charges in accordance with this act. As used in this act "autobus" means any motor vehicle or motorbus operated over public highways or public places in this State for the transportation of passengers for hire in intrastate business which is regulated by and subject to the provisions of Title 48 of the Revised Statutes.
