Text

The Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles shall have power by subpoena to compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of any books, records, papers, vouchers, accounts and documents of any such owner or operator, or of any other person at any such hearing. The fees of witnesses required to attend any such hearing shall be the same as those allowed to witnesses appearing in the Superior Court. Fees shall be paid in a manner provided for the payment of other expenses incident to the administration of sections 48:4-20 to 48:4-34 of this Title. Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 77.
