Text
All moneys derived from the excise hereby imposed shall be paid over monthly by the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles to the State Treasurer and such revenues are hereby appropriated to the State Highway Department for use by it for the construction and maintenance of highways. Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 73.
