5.All funds received by the Foundation for New Jersey Public Broadcasting, other than those necessary to pay for the expenses of the foundation, shall be used exclusively for the support and promotion of public broadcasting in New Jersey. L.1990, c.114, s.5; amended 2010, c.104, s.21.
