Text
Nothing in this act concerning the authority's activities in the field of instructional television shall be deemed to supersede the responsibilities of the Commissioner of Education, the Chancellor of Higher Education and local school governing bodies with respect to the determination of educational policies or curriculum content. L.1968, c. 405, s. 10, eff. Jan. 13, 1969.
