Text
If any board, body or public authority other than the governing body of the municipality shall have control of any street in which a proposed street railway is to be constructed, the consent of such other board, body or public authority shall also be required before the street railway is constructed or operated. The consent shall be given in the same manner as is provided in respect to the consent of a municipal governing body. Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 179.
