§ 48:15-29 — Municipal consent to construction of street railways
New Jersey·Title 48 PUBLIC UTILITIES
No street railway shall be constructed in any street or other public place in any municipality except upon the consent of the governing body of the municipality. Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 178.
