§ 48:10-9 — Separability of provisions
New Jersey·Title 48 PUBLIC UTILITIES
If any provision of this act or the application of such provision to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of the act and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby. L.1952, c. 166, p. 542, s. 8, eff. May 9, 1952.
