In carrying out the provisions of this act, the board shall have all powers now vested in it by Title 48 of the Revised Statutes, including, among others, the power to compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of relevant documents, books, papers and records, and the power to prescribe forms of reports necessary and proper in the administration and enforcement of this act. L.1952, c. 166, p. 541, s. 6, eff. May 9, 1952.
