Text
Every such owner or operator shall file with the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles on or before the twenty-fifth day of each month a report, under oath, on such form as the director shall prescribe, which report shall disclose the number of miles such autobus shall have been so operated over the highways of this State during the preceding calendar month, together with the registration number of such vehicle and such other information as the director may require. Every such person shall pay to the director upon the filing of such report the amount of tax due from such person as disclosed in the report. Amended by L.1958, c. 171, p. 710, s. 1, eff. Feb. 9, 1959.
