§ 46:8B-34 — Selling price; inclusion of statement of membership fees
New Jersey·Title 46 PROPERTY
The developer shall separately state in the selling price of a unit in a condominium the full membership fee in the condominium association and all recreational membership fees. L.1979, c. 297, s. 4, eff. Jan. 17, 1980.
