§ 46:8B-30 — Partial invalidity
New Jersey·Title 46 PROPERTY
If any provision of this act in held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions hereof, and to this end the provisions of this act are declared to be severable. L.1969, c. 257, s. 30, eff. Jan. 7, 1970.
