§ 46:8B-28 — Resubmission
New Jersey·Title 46 PROPERTY
The removal of any property from the provisions of this act shall not bar the resubmission of the property to the provisions of this act in the manner herein provided. L.1969, c. 257, s. 28, eff. Jan. 7, 1970.
