Where any conveyance of real estate has been made, executed and recorded in favor of any religious society, association or corporation of this state, as the grantee therein, and such religious society, corporation or association has failed to record and file the proper certificate of incorporation in the manner prescribed by Title 16, Corporations and Associations, Religious, or by any law in force at the time when any such society, corporation or association was incorporated or attempted to be incorporated, until after the making and execution of such conveyance and the recording thereof, any and all such conveyances shall be as valid and effectual in law as if made, executed and delivered to such religious society, association or corporation after the filing and recording of the proper c
