If the trustees of any intended church organization, which has not been perfected according to law, shall have taken title to real estate in their own names, or in their own names as trustees of such intended organization, and such intended organization has afterwards perfected its organization according to law, by the same or any other name, such trustees, or the survivors or survivor of them, may and shall convey, by good and sufficient deed or deeds in the law, all their right, title and interest in such real estate to the trustees of such perfected organization, whether the same shall have been perfected prior to March twenty-fifth, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-one, or thereafter by the same name or by any other name than the one originally intended; and, when such real estate
