Text

This act is not intended to be the exclusive method of providing for powers of attorney for bank transactions and nothing herein shall be deemed to invalidate or make inoperable any power of attorney which is not made pursuant to this act and which is otherwise valid. A power of attorney for banking transactions pursuant to this act may be combined with a power of attorney for other purposes. The provisions of section 1 of P.L.1971, c.373 (C.46:2B-8) shall apply to any power of attorney made pursuant to this act. L.1991,c.95,s.8.
