Text

Each member of the committee, except the members first appointed and the director, shall serve for a term of 5 years. Each member shall hold office until the appointment of his successor. The initial appointments to the committee shall be two members for a term of 1 year; two members for a term of 2 years and two members for a term of 3 years. Vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term only. No member may be appointed for more than two terms. L.1973, c. 19, s. 4, eff. Jan. 31, 1973.
