Text
All fees coming into the custody of the committee, including examination fees, license fees, renewal fees, fines, penalties and other payment, shall be paid by the board to the State Treasurer and become a part of the general fund. All expenditures deemed necessary to carry out the provisions of this act shall be paid by the State Treasurer from the license fees and other sources of income of the committee, within the limits of available appropriations according to law, but in no event shall expenditures exceed the revenues of the committee during any fiscal year.
