No person shall inject any fluid or substance into any cavity or artery of the body of any person who has come to a sudden, violent or untimely death, or of any person found dead, the manner of whose death is not known, until permission is obtained from the county medical examiner of the county in which the dead body lies. No person shall employ, for the purpose of the practice of mortuary science, funeral directing or embalming, any arsenical or other poisonous agent which may by its presence in the viscera prevent the detection of criminal usage of the poisonous agent before the death of the individual occurred; but this provision shall not prohibit the use by any association incorporated under article 4 of chapter 9 of Title 45 of the Revised Statutes, of any substance for the preservat
