10.The secretary shall keep a record of all proceedings of the board and shall exercise and perform all duties and functions incidental to his office and such other duties and functions as may be assigned by the board. He shall receive such compensation for his services, within the limits of available appropriations therefor, and shall give such bond for the faithful performance of his duties as the board may, with the approval of the Attorney General, determine. The secretary of the board shall keep a record in which shall be registered the name and professional address of every person to whom licenses have been granted in accordance with the provisions of P.L.1952, c.340 (C.45:7-32 et seq.) or in accordance with the provisions of prior laws of this State, the number and date of such lic
