§ 45:7-40 — President's duties
New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS
The president of the board shall preside at all meetings and he shall exercise and perform all duties and functions incidental to the office of president of the board. L.1952, c. 340, p. 1101, s. 9.
