2.As used in this act: a. "Board" means the Landscape Irrigation Contractors Examining Board established pursuant to section 5 of P.L.1991, c.27 (C.45:5AA-5).

"Business permit" means the permit issued by the board to a person allowing the person to engage in the business of landscape irrigation contracting, pursuant to the provisions of P.L.1991, c.27 (C.45:5AA-1 et seq.). h. "Person" means any natural person, corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, and any owner or operator of a permittee. i. "Permittee" means a person who has secured a business permit to engage in the business of landscape irrigation contracting, pursuant to the provisions of P.L.1991, c.27 (C.45:5AA-1 et seq.).
