§ 45:5A-8 — Record of proceedings; register of license applications; contents

New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS

The Board of Examiners of Electrical Contractors shall keep a record of its proceedings and a register of all applications for licenses and business permits, which register shall show:

(a)the name, age and residence of each applicant, (b) the date of the application, (c) the place of business of such applicant, (d) the qualifications of the applicant, (e) whether or not an examination was required, (f) whether the applicant was rejected, (g) whether a license or business permit was granted, (h) the date of the action of the board and (i) such other information as may be deemed necessary by the board.
