§ 45:5A-11 — 5 Waiver of continuing education requirements.

7.The board may, in its discretion, waive requirements for continuing education under this act on an individual basis for reasons of hardship such as illness or disability, retirement of the certificate of registration or other good cause. L.2001,c.21,s.7.
