No person shall be denied the privilege of continuing business as an electrical contractor in the event of death, illness, or other physical disability of the representative thereof who qualified the person for a business permit for at least 6 months following the date of such death, illness or other physical disability; provided that said business is conducted under such qualified supervision as the board deems adequate. L.1962, c. 162, s. 14, eff. Aug. 30, 1962. Amended by L.1962, c. 185, s. 11, eff. Dec. 7, 1962.
