The board may adopt and amend all rules and regulations not inconsistent with the Constitution and laws of this State which may be reasonably necessary for the proper performance of its duties and the purposes of this act and for the conduct of the proceedings before it. L.1962, c. 162, s. 6, eff. Aug. 30, 1962.
