§ 45:5A-51 — Municipal and county ordinances, resolutions, rules, regulations disallowed

13.No municipality or county shall enact an ordinance or resolution or promulgate any rules or regulations relating to the licensing or registration of pool and spa service contractors or pool and spa building and installation businesses. L.2019, c.22, s.13.
