§ 45:5A-42 — Restricted from advertisement unless requirements are satisfied

New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS

4.No person shall advertise that he is authorized to engage in, or engage in pool and spa service contracting or pool and spa building and installation unless he satisfies the requirements of this act. L.2019, c.22, s.4.
