32.Any person who undertakes the work of auditing the financial statements of any school district in New Jersey shall qualify as a public school accountant (PSA) by: a. Submitting an application to the board, demonstrating satisfactorily to the board that the individual holds an active license in New Jersey as a certified public accountant, public accountant, or registered municipal accountant, and paying the required fee; and b. Renewing the license triennially and paying the required fee. L.1997,c.259,s.32; amended 2001, c.149, s.10.
