§ 45:2B-48 — Powers of board

New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS
7.The board shall, in addition to any other powers granted under this act: a. Administer and enforce the provisions of this act; b. Adopt and promulgate rules, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), to effectuate the purposes of this act; c. Establish rules of professional conduct for persons licensed under this act, including, but not limited to, prohibiting the payment to, or receipt or offering of a commission or contingency fee by a licensee and establishing requirements for written disclosures in transactions involving a client of the licensee's accounting practice; d. Conduct hearings pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.). In any hearing or investigation, the board shall have the right to a
