9.Except as otherwise provided, no person shall be issued a license by the board to practice as a certified public accountant until he has passed all sections of an examination designated by the board with a passing grade of 75 in each section. If the candidate does not pass all of the sections of the examination at one sitting, he may be reexamined with respect to the sections which he did not pass, under terms and conditions established by the board. The board may make use of the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination, or the Advisor Grading Service of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, or any other examination offered by an organization recognized by the board, which the board deems appropriate.
