§ 45:2B-64 — Single prohibited act justifies penalty
New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS
23.In any action brought under this act, evidence of the commission of a single act prohibited by this act shall be sufficient to justify a penalty, injunction, restraining order, or conviction, respectively, without evidence of a general course of conduct. L.1997,c.259,s.23.
