18.Any State certified or licensed appraiser performing an appraisal assignment, including an appraisal review, for an appraisal management company, shall be responsible to ensure that the conduct of non-appraiser assistance is compatible with the professional responsibilities of the appraiser under federal and State laws and regulations, including but not limited to, conformance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. Non-appraiser assistance, shall include, but not be limited to, administrative quality control reviewers, who are agents of, contracted by, employees of, or whose services are otherwise utilized by an appraisal management company, appraiser, or organization.
