Text
a.Any license or certificate issued by the board shall remain the property of the State and shall be immediately returned to the board upon its suspension or revocation pursuant to this act.
b.The issuance of a license or certificate to an applicant who is a nonresident of this State shall be deemed to be his irrevocable consent that service of process in any action or proceeding may be made upon him by service upon the board. L.1991,c.68,s.23.
