Text
15.Upon payment to the board of the prescribed fee and the submission of a written application on forms prescribed by it, the board may issue a license or certificate to any person who holds a valid license or certificate as a real estate appraiser issued by another state which meets or exceeds the minimum qualification criteria established by the Appraisal Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation and the standards for licensure and certification established by this State.
