13.An employee of, or independent contractor to, an appraisal management company that performs a Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice Standard 3 review of an appraisal report on property located in this State shall be an appraiser with the proper level of licensure, as prescribed pursuant to P.L.1991, c.68 (C.45:14F-1 et seq.). The provisions of this section shall not apply to any individual conducting an Administrative Quality Control Examination. L.2017, c.72, s.13.
