8.The board shall make, adopt, amend and repeal those rules and regulations necessary for the proper administration and enforcement of this act. Those rules and regulations shall be promulgated in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.). Rules pertaining to collaborative drug therapy management and administration of drugs by pharmacists shall be jointly promulgated by the board and the State Board of Medical Examiners. L.2003,c.280,s.8.
