5.
a.The board shall annually elect from among its members a president and vice-president.
b.The position of executive director shall be held by a pharmacist licensed in the State of New Jersey. The executive director shall be responsible for the performance of the administrative functions of the board and those other duties that the board may direct. L.2003,c.280,s.5.
