§ 44:10-83 — State payment of county administrative costs.

5.The State shall pay the full amount of each county's administrative costs applicable to households that contain only persons eligible for the program. These costs shall be determined in accordance with the approved cost allocation plan of the department. L.1998,c.32,s.5.
